Can BagBack see my delayed-baggage case?
This feature is designed to store the case only in this browser and not upload its PIR, dates, expenses or contact notes to BagBack. Local browser data is unencrypted and may still be accessible to other browser users, scripts or extensions.
Does the Case Companion track my bag?
No. BagBack cannot access airline or WorldTracer records. It organises your information and links to the operating airline's official reporting, tracking and claim services.
Does the date shown guarantee that my claim will be accepted?
No. Dates are planning prompts based on cited public guidance. Check the current airline process and the rules applying to your journey before relying on a deadline.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
The saved case may be deleted. Export a JSON backup and print or save a case summary if you need a separate copy.
