No. BagBack provides independent guidance and a screening tool. It cannot access airline systems, decide eligibility or guarantee compensation.
Are UK261 and EU261 the same as baggage rights?
No. UK261 and EU261 address covered flight disruption. Delayed, lost or damaged baggage is assessed separately, commonly under the Montreal Convention for covered international carriage.
Can both flight and baggage claims apply to one journey?
Potentially. Each claim must independently qualify and the same expense cannot be recovered twice.
